How to reprint your JAMB examination slip.

As the nationwide JAMB/UTME approaches, candidates must reprint their JAMB examination slip to familiarize themselves with their exam schedules. This post provides a detailed guide on how to reprint your JAMB examination slip.

 The Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) also known as JAMB, is fast approaching, and registered candidates must now reprint their JAMB examination slip, which contain crucial details such as the exam schedule (date, time, and venue).

 The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has activated the portal for this purpose. Candidates can Print their slips either from their email inbox or from the JAMB Website . This blog post offers a step-by-step guide on how to reprint your JAMB slip, ensuring adequate preparation for the upcoming exams.

When does JAMB start?

 The nationwide 2024 UTME is scheduled to begin on Friday, 19th April, to Monday, 29 May, 2024. All candidates must print their JAMB examination slip in order to know the centre, date and time of their examination.

 All applicants are encouraged to print their JAMB examination slip ahead of time so that they are aware of the location of their examination centers, the date of their scheduled sessions, and the time of the examination.

What is JAMB examination slip?

 The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) exam slip contains UTME candidates exam date, time, and venue for the examination, the reprinting of JAMB examination slip will start few days before the UTME kicks off. The JAMB examination slip reprinting date is Wednesday, April 10th, 2024.

How to reprint my JAMB examination slip?

The recommended browser for this step is Google Chrome.

To Reprint your JAMB examination slip via the JAMB website, you’ll need your JAMB Registration Number, Email address or Phone number.

STEP 1: Visit the JAMB UTME e-slip printing page via https://slipsprinting.jamb.gov.ng/PrintExaminationSlip

STEP 2: Provide your JAMB Registration Number or Email address or Phone number in the Required column.

STEP 3: Finally, click on the ‘Print Examination Slip‘ button and proceed to check and print out your JAMB exam date, time, and venue.

NB: Please allow a popups for the JAMB site (www.jamb.org.ng) from your browser. Once pop-ups are allowed, your JAMB examination slip will be displayed in a new tab.

Important notice:

1. DO NOT bring prohibited items such as wristwatches, mobile phones, electronic devices, pens, key holders, ATM cards, erasers, or jewellery to the exam centre.
2. Allow popups for the JAMB site (www.jamb.gov.ng) from your browser settings. This ensures the e-slip is displayed correctly for printing or saving.
3. You must print two (2) full-color copies of the UTME Examination Slip. One will be submitted in the examination hall, and the other must be kept for reference purposes.
4. Biometric (thumbprints) verification is COMPULSORY at the exam centre.
5. Absent candidates will forfeit their RIGHT to sit for the examination.
6. No change of UTME subject will be allowed in the examination centre.
7. Candidates should prepare ahead and stay close to their examination venues. If possible, pay a prior visit to your centre before the date of the examination.
